Buying Tickets

Booking Tickets Online

Booking online incurs additional fees from our provider, Trybooking.
These are currently 15p per ticket booked. As an example, two £10 tickets booked online will cost a total of £20.30.

We’ll send your tickets to the email address you’ve provided immediately after payment.
Check your spam/junk folder; sometimes our emails end up in there.

If they aren’t there, feel free to contact us at TempleEwellPlayers@gmail.com, and we’ll be able to start the process of having them sent out again.

Please check your tickets and keep them safe, as you’ll need to show them to our team upon arrival at the venue.

There is a booking limit of 20 tickets per person. Re-sold tickets will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Yes! We are happy to exchange your tickets for an alternate performance of the same production for free where it is possible.

We cannot guarantee that you’ll be in the same seats nor can we move other patrons to accommodate you.

If exchanging your tickets is not possible, we’ll refer you to our refunds policy.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

If you are unable to attend a performance, and exchanging your tickets is not an option, then we may be able to refund your tickets at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and/or the Committee.

We do not offer refunds for latecomers, nor will we refund any tickets once a performance has started unless we cancel the performance.

If we’re refunding a ticket bought online, please note that only the face value of the ticket and processing fee will be returned. The booking fee is non-refundable.

What if I can’t find my tickets?

If you can’t find your tickets don’t worry!
First, check your spam/junk folder; sometimes our emails end up in there.

If they aren’t there, feel free to contact us at TempleEwellPlayers@gmail.com, and we’ll be able to start the process of having them sent out again.

If you can’t print your ticket, or your phone dies before you can show us your tickets, don’t fret! We have a list of patrons and their seat numbers so we can check you in that way.

What is the etiquette at the theatre?

We must insist that you are respectful of the performers, staff, and fellow patrons at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– Remaining quiet and seated during the performance
– Turning your phone off during the performance
– Not singing along with the performers and
Refraining from taking any photos or videos of the performance
This also includes not using the hand-dryer in the toilets during a performance.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject, anyone we feel is being disruptive to the performance without a refund.

What happens if I arrive late?

The time printed on your ticket is the time that the performance begins. Doors to the venue will open approximately 45 minutes prior to that time.

Unfortunately, if you arrive after the performance has started, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access the building.

If you are able to access, we will seat you at an appropriate point in the performance. Be aware that some performances do not allow latecomers at all.
We do not offer refunds for latecomers.

Can I move seats when I get there?

If you’d like to move seats and we have seats available we’re happy to accommodate you either in advance or on the day, just speak to our Box Office Manager via our email for further information.

We cannot move other patrons to accommodate you. There is no charge for this service.
